Food Trucks & A Cove

Food Trucks & A Cove

K let’s be honest, I love food so when we saw food trucks right beside the beach I was in heaven. Fun fact, Robert and I have a lot of food truck history, when I lived in Vancouver and he would visit or when we lived in St.Louis our go to date night was food trucks in the park. The food trucks at our resort did not disappoint and were by far the cutest food trucks I’ve ever seen . At first I was a bit worried about ordering food for Kyden from a food truck because if I’m honest he pretty much only eats chicken fingers, ranch, fruit and sugar these days but one truck had mac and cheese and the other we ate at another day had specialty hotdogs, so willingly he indulged in both without a bribe. A win in my books!

Every morning when we would go down to the pool area, Kyden would say “turtles” because he always wanted to go over and see the turtles and sharks. Truthfully the little kid in me was just as excited as Kyden was about it all I’m sure. Really it was such a cool place for kids and as I mentioned in my other posts the kiddos can even go and feed the turtles right above the cove at the kid exploration center.

Here are a few pictures from a couple of the days we were there.

Robert “What are you doing? Are you smelling your food?!” Me “Yeah I thought it would look cute, does it?” Robert “No… it looks like your smelling your food” haha

Always looking for coins…

I hope you all are having a great week so far. I’m really looking forward to the weekend because we have a fun day planned for the kiddos!

Thanks so much for stopping by to read my blog, it truly means the world to me!
